MANDARIN ORANGE SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 (16 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
1 c. cold water
1 can mandarin oranges, drained

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add ice cream and orange juice. Stir until melted. Add cold water and oranges. Pour into mold and chill at least 8 hours.
