GRILLED ORANGE ROUGHY WITH SAUCE 
1 1/2 or 2 lb. orange roughy fish
1 c. light soy sauce
1/2 c. white wine
1/2 c. orange juice

Mix and marinate fish in mixture turning every 30 minutes for about 4 hours. Grill the fish.

Sauce:

1/4 bunch chopped cilantro
1 tbsp. lime juice
1 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
cloves
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
4 fresh tomatoes, cut in 1/8s

Simmer 20 minutes. Spoon over fish and rice.
