MANDARIN ORANGE SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
1 lg. (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. chopped mandarin oranges
1 c. crushed, drained pineapple
1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)

In mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and Jello; add Cool Whip, oranges and pineapple. Refrigerate. Add chopped pecans (optional). Serves 10.
