CHICKEN BROCCOLI SOUP 
2 c. broccoli
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 c. broth (chicken)
1 tbsp. chopped onion

Melt butter in heavy saucepan. Blend in flour, salt, celery seed, pepper, and onion. Stir until well mixed. Remove from heat. Add broth. Stir with wire whisk. Add broccoli and simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes. Top with grated cheese and croutons. Makes approximately 4 soup bowls.
