CHICKEN A LA PARMEGIAN 
4 chicken breasts
4 c. spaghetti sauce
2 bell peppers
1 onion, chopped
1 sm. can button mushrooms
4 slices provolone cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 lb. cooked spaghetti
1 c. grated cheese (Parmesan)

Boil chicken for 15 minutes, then debone. Saute peppers, onion, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Put sauteed mixture, spaghetti sauce and chicken into baking dish. Top with cheese and bake in oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with side dish of spaghetti and grated cheese.

Serves 4.
