BISCUITS AND SAUSAGE GRAVY | |
1/2 lb. pork sausage 3 tbsp. flour 2 c. warm milk 1 batch of biscuits (hot) In a frying pan, brown sausage completely, drain grease. Add 3 tablespoons flour, stir quickly. Add warm milk - stir constantly until thick. Remove from heat. Serve over split biscuits - pepper to taste. Quick, easy, great when snow is on the ground. |
