PUMPKIN PIE 
2 slightly beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 c. undiluted Carnation evaporated milk
9-inch unbaked pie shell
Pecans for garnish

Combine eggs, pumpkin, sugar and spices. Gradually add evaporated milk. Mix well. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake in hot 400 degree oven for 15 minutes; reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees and continue baking about 40 minutes or until knife inserted near center of pie comes out clean. Cool before serving. Filling will firm up while cooling. Garnish with pecans.
