GERMAN BOLOGNA 
2 lbs. hamburger (cheapest grade)
1 c. water
2 tbsp. Tender Quick (curing salt)
1/2 tsp. hickory salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder

Mix well. Shape into 3 rolls and wrap in foil. Refrigerate 24 hours. Unwrap. Bake on broiler pan 1 hour at 300 degrees (do not let sides touch each other while baking).

Note: Color of mixture will be different while curing. While baking, it will turn into shade of pink. Keeps approximately 6 weeks in refrigerator. Can be frozen. Serve on any kind of cracker.
