HAMBURGER BOLOGNA 
4 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. tender quick
2 tbsp. liquid smoke
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder

Mix tender quick and hamburger. Let stand in refrigerator 15 hours. Then add rest of ingredients. Roll into 1 1/2 roll. Bake in oven 4 hours at 225 degrees. (I use my broiler pan)
