QUICK BOLOGNA AND SAUERKRAUT 
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. chopped green onions
1 jar (16 oz.) sauerkraut, drained
1 tbsp. packed brown sugar
1 jar (2 oz.) sliced pimiento, drained
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 lb. fully cooked bologna ring

In 9 inch square dish combine green pepper and onion. Microwave at high for 2 minutes or until tender crisp. Stir in remaining ingredients except bologna.

Slash bologna at 3 inch intervals. Place on top of mixture. Microwave at power level 8 for 10 to 11 minutes or until heated through. Rotating dish after half of time. Cover loosely let stand for 3 to 4 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
