CHEESE BALLS 
6 oz. cream cheese (softened)
1/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese (grated)
1 sm. jar hickory smoked cheese
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
3/4 c. finely chopped pecans

Mix well first 6 ingredients and roll into ball (on wax paper). Roll ball in pecans and set in refrigerator to chill. Wrap in plastic wrap to store. Can be frozen. Note: at holiday time I place red cherry half in top and surround the olive pieces to form poinsetta.
