BEEF CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 (4 oz.) jar smoked chopped beef
3 green onions, chopped (tops & green)
1 tsp. garlic salt

Mix well. Form into 2 balls and roll in chopped parsley or finely chopped nuts. Serve at room temperature on assorted crackers.
