EASY LASAGNA 
1 lb. pork sausage (Jimmy Dean)
1 lb. ground beef
1 jar Ragu with mushrooms
1 pkg. lasagna noodles
1 lg. container cottage cheese
1 (12 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tbsp. crushed garlic
1 tbsp. bell pepper, chopped
1 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp. salt

Brown pork sausage and drain. Brown ground beef and drain. Add to Ragu with above seasonings. Cook sauce on low to medium heat, while noodles are cooking. Boil noodles in salt and olive oil. After noodles are cooked rinse and layer in 13 x 9 inch baking dish sprayed with Pam. Layer: noodles, meat sauce, cottage cheese, Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers until all meat sauce is used. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted. Serve with salad and garlic bread.
