SCALLOPED POTATOES 
1 stick, butter, melted
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
2 lbs. cubed frozen hash brown potatoes
8 oz. sour cream

Cream together butter, soup, sour cream and cheese in large casserole dish. Add frozen hash browns to the mixture and mix well. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
