1/2 c. fresh pineapple chunks
1 c. strawberries, shaved or sliced
1 banana peeled and sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
2 c. buttermilk
1 or 2 tbsp. honey
4 ice cubes

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
