CHICKEN AND WILD RICE CASSEROLE | |
3 lb. chicken, cooked & removed from bone 1/2 lb. sausage, browned 1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® wild/white rice, cooked in 2 c. water 1/2 c. onions, sauteed plus mushrooms, if desired 2 cans mushroom soup 1 c. chicken broth Pepperidge Farm bread crumbs Mix ingredients. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cover top with Pepperidge Farm bread crumbs. Bake an additional 15 minutes. |
