CAKE:

1 box butter cake mix
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges (with juice)
3 eggs
1/2 c. oil

Combine cake ingredients. Blend until moist. Grease and flour 3 cake pans and bake at 350 degrees until done. Cool.

FROSTING:

1 lg. box instant vanilla pudding
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 lg. container Cool Whip

Mix pudding, pineapple and Cool Whip. Spread onto cake. Refrigerate. Keep in refrigerator.
