DELIGHTFUL BUNS 
2 c. warm milk
1 cake compressed yeast
2 tbsp. sugar
1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. melted butter
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 c. flour

Combine first 4 ingredients to make a sponge. Let rise 1 hour. Add the last 5 ingredients and knead all together. Let rise 1-2 hours. Knead down and raise again for 1 hour. Form into buns. Raise until double in size. Bake 15-20 minutes until light brown at 325 degrees.
