BROILED ZUCCHINI 
3 zucchini, sliced (about 1/4 inch thick)
Plain Italian bread crumbs
1/4 c. Romano cheese, grated
Black pepper
butter

Parboil zucchini; drain. Arrange in 2 layers in buttered low casserole Corning Ware, zucchini, bread crumb mixture; zucchini, bread crumb mixture. Dot with butter. Place under broiler until golden brown. Serve hot.
