6 med. sweet potatoes, cooked & mashed
1/3 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
1 tbsp. grated orange rind
1/3 c. orange juice
1/4 c. chopped nuts, optional
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Combine all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until hot throughout.
