ORANGE MUFFINS 
2 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. orange marmalade

Combine sugar and Bisquick. Mix eggs, orange juice and melted butter. Pour over dry ingredients and stir until moistened. Do not over mix. Stir in marmalade and fill paper lined muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 18 minutes. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon streusel mix. Combine 1 tablespoon Bisquick, 3 tablespoons sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg.
