HOT PINEAPPLE WASSAIL 
8 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
2 (12 oz.) cans apricot nectar
4 c. apple cider
2 c. orange juice
4 (3 inch) sticks cinnamon
2 tsp. whole cloves
8 cardamom seeds, crushed

Combine ingredients in large pot and heat to boiling; simmer 15-20 minutes. Serve hot. May transfer to 30 cup electric coffee maker to keep hot and for easier serving. Makes 1 gallon.
