CHICKEN BROIL 
4 split chicken breasts, skinned
1 c. or 2 sticks butter
2 (0.6 oz.) envelopes Italian flavor salad dressing mix (Good Seasons)
1/4 c. lime juice

Melt butter in small saucepan, stir in salad dressing mix and lime juice. Brush over both sides of chicken. Place chicken on grill about 10 inches above hot coals. Grill and baste often with butter mixture about 45 minutes and richly glazed.
