ASPARAGUS BROCCOLI CASSEROLE | |
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli 1 can of asparagus spears 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 sm. can of evaporated milk (6 oz.) 1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese 1 can French fried onion rings Cook broccoli according to package directions and drain well. Place in 2-quart casserole dish, along with the can of asparagus. Blend together soup, milk, salt and pepper. Stir into broccoli and asparagus. Also, stir some of the grated cheese into the broccoli and asparagus. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes. Remove and add 1 can French fried onion rings. Bake 10 minutes longer. Option - you can use 1 can potato sticks instead of/or with the onion rings, if you desire. |
