OREO DELIGHT 
1 pkg. Oreo cookies
1/2 stick butter
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. Cool Whip
1 lg. box instant vanilla pudding

Crush cookies fine. Set aside about 1/2 cup crumbs for topping. Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter together and pat into a 9 x 13 pan. Beat together powdered sugar, cream cheese and Cool Whip, reserving some Cool Whip for topping. Spread over cookies. Prepare pudding according to package directions. Then pour pudding over the other mixture. Let set in refrigerator. Spread the remaining Cool Whip over top and sprinkle remaining crumbs over top. Keep refrigerated.
