OREO COOKIE DELIGHT 
1 lb. bag Oreo cookies
1 c. butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 lg. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. box instant chocolate pudding mix
1 sm. Cool Whip (for top)

Crush cookies well. Save 1/2 cup for topping. Press into baking dish (9"x13"). Dribble melted butter over crumbs and refrigerate for 1/2 hour. Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar well. Blend in 1 container of Cool Whip (large). Spread over cookie mixture. Refrigerate 1/2 hour longer.

Mix pudding according to package directions. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate 1/2 hour. Spread second container of Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle remainder of cookies on top.
