CAULIFLOWER - BACON SALAD 
1 head lettuce, well drained and cut into bite sized pieces
1/2 onion, thinly sliced
1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
1 head cauliflower, cut into sm. pieces
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/3 c. grated parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Prepare the salad the night before you wish to serve it. In a large salad bowl, put the lettuce. Add the onion in the next layer, the bacon next, and the cauliflower in the last layer. On the top, sprinkle sugar, cheese, salt and pepper. Put mayonnaise on in spoonfuls.

Cover the bowl tightly and refrigerate overnight. Stir to mix before serving.
