YELLOW WAX BEANS WITH GRAVY 
2-3 tbsp. butter
1 med. to lg. onion, chopped
1/2-3/4 lb. fresh wax beans
1/2 c. flour
1-2 tbsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Water

Clean and snap beans. Microwave on high with 2 tablespoons water for 4 minutes. Stir; microwave on high until tender (4-5 minutes). While beans are cooking, in a saucepan melt butter. Add chopped onion and cook until onion is almost clear. Stir to prevent browning.

Put flour, seasoned salt and pepper in shaker with 1/2-3/4 cup water. Shake until well mixed. Add to onions in saucepan, stir until a thick gravy consistency (more water may have to be added). Add cooked beans. Heat through.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
