CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE 
CRUST:

1 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. melted butter

Combine crumbs, sugar and butter and press in pan.

3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. mini chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine cream cheese and sugar, blend at medium speed. Add one egg at a time and mix well after each. Blend in chocolate chips and vanilla, and pour over crust. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 250 degrees for 35 minutes. Loosen from rim and let cool before removing.
