BANANA PUDDING CAKE | |
1 pkg. banana cream instant pudding and pie filling (4 serving size) 1 pkg. yellow cake mix (2 layer size) 1/4 c. mashed banana 4 eggs 1 c. water 1/4 c. oil 1/2 c. walnut pieces, optional Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Blend then beat at medium speed of electric mixer for 2 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 10 inch tube pan or bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly pressed. Cool in pan 15 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on rack. Drizzle with Glaze. Glaze: Add 1 teaspoon milk to 1 cup sifted confectioners' sugar; blend well. |
