BUTTER PECAN BANANA PUDDING CAKE 
1/2 c. mashed banana
1 box (2 layer size) yellow cake mix
1 box (4 serving size) butter pecan flavor instant pudding
4 eggs
1 c. water
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts (optional)

Blend all ingredients in mixing bowl. Beat 4 minutes at medium speed. Pour into greased and floured 10 inch bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly pressed and pulls away from side of pan. Do not under bake. Cool in pan 15 minutes. Remove and cool on cake rack.
