SHOEPEG CORN SALAD 
1 can French-cut green beans, drained
1 can Shoepeg corn, drained
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. sweet green pepper, chopped
1 c. green onions, chopped
1 small jar diced pimentos

Put in a bowl and mix.

Dressing:

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar

Bring to a boil. Pour over vegetables and refrigerate overnight or longer. Stir and serve.
