SHOEPEG CORN SALAD 
2 cans white shoepeg whole corn, drained
1 sm. jar chopped pimentos
1 chopped bell pepper
1 chopped onion

Mix all the above together.

Mix all of the following together: 5 tbsp. vinegar 3 tsp. mustard 2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 4 tbsp. sugar

Pour over first mixture. Store in sealed container in ice box for several hours.
