CHICKEN PICCATA 
Boneless chicken breasts
Garlic salt
Black pepper
Seasoned bread crumbs (I use Italian)
1 stick butter
1 lg. lemon

Pound chicken with meat mallet to tenderize and flatten. Season with garlic salt and black pepper and coat in seasoned bread crumbs. In large skillet, melt 1 stick butter with 1 large lemon squeezed in it. Brown (saute) chicken on each side until done.
