CHICKEN ENCHILADAS 
3 c. cooked chicken, shredded
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 jar salsa
Tortilla shells

Combine chicken, cheese, add enough salsa to make moist. Place chicken mixture into tortilla shell, roll tightly and place in a baking pan. Top with additional salsa and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15-20 minutes and serve.
