BULLDOG FLANK STEAK 
1 tbsp. salad oil
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. dry sherry
1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Marinate flank steak while at the rink, at least 1 1/2 hours. Broil or grill for 5 minutes each side. Slice thin diagonally across grain of the meat.
