TERIYAKI BURGERS 
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 slightly beaten eggs
1 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. ginger
Sprinkle of lemon juice

Combine beef and other ingredients. Mix well. Shape into 6 patties. Grill or broil for 10 minutes, turning once. Serves 6.
