TACO BURGERS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
8 hamburger buns, split and toasted
2 c. shredded lettuce
1 c. shredded cheese

In skillet brown meat; drain off excess fat. Add undrained tomatoes, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, sugar and dry mustard. Stir well, breaking up large pieces of tomatoes.

Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered 15-20 minutes or until thickened. Spoon onto toasted buns. Sprinkle with lettuce and cheese.

Makes 8 sandwiches.
