IRIL'S BARBECUE SAUCE 
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
1/3 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 clove garlic, chopped or garlic salt
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 can condensed tomato soup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. vinegar
4 drops Tabasco sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook all for about 25 minutes on low heat stirring. Add pork which has been cooked and boned. Use judgment for thickness. I double this recipe for a large pork roast.
