PANHANDLER BARBECUE SAUCE | |
10 oz. can tomato soup 8 oz. can tomato sauce 1/2 c. dark molasses 1/2 c. white vinegar 1/2 c. packed brown sugar 1/4 c. vegetable oil 1 tbsp. instant minced onion 1 tbsp. seasoned salt 1 tbsp. dry mustard 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 tsp. paprika 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. orange rind (optional) In a medium saucepan, bring all ingredients to a boil. Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool and use when needed. Yield 1 1/2 cups. |
