CHOCOLATE FUDGE PUDDING CAKE 
2 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
4 tbsp. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
4 c. boiling water

Sift the first 5 ingredients together. Add milk, oil and vanilla. Mix until smooth. Pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan.

Mix together brown sugar and cocoa and sprinkle over batter. Pour hot water over all and place in 350 degree oven (do not stir) and bake for 35 minutes. Serve warm with a little scoop of ice cream, if you desire. Refrigerate leftovers. Excellent when cold also.
