CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked chicken (or a little more), cubed
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen vegetables (cauliflower, broccoli and carrots)
1 c. chicken broth
1/2 stick (4 tbsp.) melted butter
1 can cream of celery soup
1 1/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. Bisquick

Layer chicken in bottom of 9 x 13 inch Pyrex dish. Add broth, soup and butter. Pour over chicken. Add raw mixed vegetables to cover chicken mixture. Mix Bisquick and milk (will be thin). Pour over entire dish. Bake at 325-350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 8.

Note - can mix ahead and freeze - except Bisquick mix. When ready to use thaw in refrigerate then top with Bisquick mix.
