1 1/4 c. instant rice 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 3 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 c. Miracle Whip 1 c. water chestnuts, sliced 2 c. celery, cut diagonally 2-4 c. chicken or turkey, cubed Put in 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, covered, then top with 1/4 cup butter and 1 cup cracker crumbs. Bake 25 minutes more. Can be made day before. |
