BEEF & POTATO SKILLET 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 (11 oz.) can cheddar cheese soup
1/3 c. water
1 (16 oz.) can whole potatoes, drained & sliced

Or 2 to 2 1/2 cups boiled or baked potatoes, sliced or cubed.

In skillet, brown beef and cook until tender. Stir to separate meat, pour off fat. Stir in soup, water; add potatoes. Heat, stirring often. Makes about 4 cups.
