PASTA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. cooked pasta (if using spaghetti, break into 2-3 inch pieces)
3/4 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
4 c. shredded Mozzarella
1/2 tsp. salt
1 qt. spaghetti sauce
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
Pepperoni, sausage or hamburger

Mix together eggs, milk, salt and 1 cup shredded cheese. Add cooked spaghetti. Pour into 9x13 greased pan. Spread spaghetti sauce over top of it. Sprinkle oregano on top. Sprinkle remaining 3 cups cheese. Top with sliced pepperoni or if using, sausage or hamburger, mix it in with the sauce. Bake 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Cut into squares.
