1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1 stick butter, melted
3 eggs
8 oz. cream cheese
1 lb. confectioners' sugar

Combine cake mix, butter and one egg. Mix well and put into well greased and floured 9"x13" pan. Mixture will be stiff. Combine remaining ingredients and beat for 3 minutes. Pour this mixture over cake mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
