CANDY CANE OATMEAL COOKIES 
1 c. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. water
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. oatmeal

Shape into cones and bake 20 to 25 minutes at 325 degrees on ungreased pan. Ice with white frosting and red stripes.
