MEXI FUN-DUE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 env. (1 3/4 oz.) chili seasoning mix
1 can (16 oz.) tomatoes
1 can (15 oz.) kidney beans, drained
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Sliced black olives
Tostada or corn chips

Brown ground beef with onion in large skillet, stirring to crumble; pour off excess fat. Stir in chili seasoning mix, tomatoes and kidney beans. Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Spoon into dish. Top with cheese and olives. Serve with chips. 4 servings.
