MOM'S BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
2 tbsp. grated onion
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 can mushroom soup
2 beaten eggs
1 c. mayonnaise

Cook broccoli until tender, drain well. Combine last 5 ingredients in separate pan and fold until mixed well. Layer broccoli and sauce in greased casserole. Place in 375 degree oven for 20-30 minutes, until cheese starts to turn brown. Serves 8-10.
