BLUEBERRY TART 
1 1/3 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 stick cold butter
1 lg. egg yolk, beaten with 2 tbsp. ice water

Make shell. Bake shell at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Chill 30 minutes. Prepare filling.

FILLING:

1 c. buttermilk
3 egg yolks
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. grated lemon
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. blueberries

Pour into shell and top with berries. Bake 30-35 minutes until filling is set. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
